We started with a straightforward observation — most of the cow dung sitting around local dairy farms was going nowhere useful. So we built a small unit, figured out a composting process that actually works, and started turning that waste into something farmers genuinely want to use.

Today, Bioforgeorgnix produces lab-tested, export-grade organic fertilizers — vermicompost, basic compost, and enriched blends — shipped to buyers across India and international markets including the UAE, Nepal, and Africa. Every batch comes with a full nutrient report. No vague claims, just soil-ready product that does what it says.

Our Process

We use a two-stage hybrid method — Windrow Composting followed by Vermicomposting — a 45 to 50 day cycle for significant quality output.

Fresh cow dung is layered into windrow beds, where thermophilic heating up to 55–65°C eliminates pathogens and stabilises the material over 30–35 days.

The final product is enriched with beneficial microbes by Eisenia fetida worms, improving nutrient availability.

The result is a fertilizer different from most suppliers:

∙ Pathogen-free — verified against Salmonella and E. coli limits

∙ Nutrient-dense — contains 1.8% N, 1.2% P, 1.8% K, with micronutrients up to 5,500 ppm Iron

∙ Consistent — same nutrient profile batch to batch, backed by lab reports

∙ Export-grade — moisture below 12%, sieved to 3–4mm, shelf-stable for 6–12 months

∙ Traceable — every batch linked to a Certificate of Analysis, available on request
